Well packaged, reasonable postage, prompt dispatch & delivery and as described in used condition. However, was a little disappointed as I hadn't noticed from the picture that is not the same as the other 3 M&S work shirts I have. This one doesn't have buttons up to the collar, but a collar then a V neck front. I was amazed as M&S clothing has dates on their labels and this was 12/04 so it is either Dec 2004 or Apr 2012!
