everything ok with the item. but the seller insisted that the £8.95 for "Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm is what was quoted to him and did not respond to sending at a lower possible £3 shipping with the same carrier. So he got paid for what he asked for. but then cheekily posted it as Small Parcel for £4.19 which took several days longer - so he basically just intended to make profit on over-charged shipping fees for special delivery which he did not pay for
