The item was very thoughtfully and carefully packaged to prevent any damage occurring whilst in the postal system. Your auction description stated 'still mint sealed pack' is misleading if you didn't have the item in the Royal Mint sealed outer bag, as the printed artwork is not in any sealed protective covering? Perhaps you were referring to the coin itself still being in its casing within the card artwork?
