Purchased two dresses that were listed as being worn once or twice. When they arrived the orange dress stitching along the zip had burst. When I contacted the seller they said they had never worn it, that it was at their boyfriends house and it must have happened in transit. A direct contradiction to their original post! They then accused me of bursting the zip. It seems very strange that they did wear the dresses then didn’t but could guarantee they weren’t damaged.

Sent me photo saying stitching had come away. There was about a 4 inch gap from the top and the zip had been torn trying to get it up . Could see the dress was too tight. Didn't want to say this so said it might have happened in transit as I know it wasn't like that . Had been tried on obviously when you buy clothes but never worn left at my boyfriends. Marks and nicks to go unnoticed at times I do refund but this wasn't sent damaged . Wanted money back as it obviously wasn't any good .
