This is nothing to do with the seller, who provided the bookcase to a Shiply's courier Gary83. The problem is that the Shiply's courier asked for payment upfront (quite common according to Shiply's when I queried this before paying) and then has not delivered the bookcase or responded to my or Shiply's messages, texts, or emails. In fact FGary83 appears to have stolen my money and the bookcase. Take this as a warning for people who use Shiply's as a courier.
