I have tried to contact this seller twice as she has sent out this box set of books in paper and plastic and with no structure or padding to protect them. As a result the box has completely broken and is beyond repair . I cannot now give this as a gift. It was expensive and so was the delivery charge so I would like some compensation unless you’d like it to be returned for a full refund . To be honest I haven’t used eBay for a while and this has put me right off . Really bad experience.
