Good service, very pleasant responses. The chair arrived without undue delay, condition as described and packaged well. Thank you! The only comment I'd add is that the description said " with upholstery seat and a padded cushion to the back with ties" which wasn't the case but the photos didn't display a cushion so the omission was not unexpected.
