ITEM CONDITION
 
If an item is listed as SELLER REFURBISHED, It will have been completely stripped, cleaned all parts checked prior to sale, it may not come in original packing.
If an item is listed as NEW OTHER, it will be new/unused, but may have damaged packing – all parts will be included unless specifically stated on the listing.
If an Item is listed as USED, we will clearly show the item description alongside pictures of the actual item in question
If an item is listed for Parts or Not Working, we will clearly state the fault if known, or will state Fault not known if we were unable to establish the fault.
 
USE INSTRUCTIONS
 
Apart from vacuum motors, we supply instructions with all products. Where the originals are missing we will supply photocopied copies for your use. If you lose the instructions these can usually be found online.
PRODUCT CARE
 
Any item purchased must be cleaned and card for in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
 
SHIPPING
Delivery is 3-5 working days This may take a bit longer in some outlying areas depending on how remote your location is.
 
WARRANTY
 
We offer a 60 Day warranty for your peace of mind, any faults should be notified by email as soon as it is known and you should not continue to use the item.
In the case of an item that requires wiring by the purchaser or fish pond pumps, must be wired up and used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, any pump run dry will void any warranty.
 
We do not supply a warranty certificate. You only need to keep your purchase email as proof of warranty.
