1st of all the headband is beautiful but I tried to contact the seller twice with no response and I had to go to Royal Mail and pay £1.50 as the seller didn’t pay the correct postage so wasn’t best impressed

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to reply for 2 days but this matter was then discussed with customer who was satisfied with the outcome. I refunded the Royal Mail fee in full (note: parcel was actually posted at a Post Office who I trusted would affix the correct postage!) and an additional discount offered on the customers next purchase.
