Item was paid for on 26th December and sent special delivery on 30th December! My dispatch time is 5 working days and it was sent within 2, as you said you were in a hurry. Laptop was fully working and I have been selling on ebay for 22 years with 100% positive feedback.
It was a work top that was “hardly used”. And fully serviced, as per detailed description.
