I bought a useless elders tracking watch for 99 p. I was charged 8.50 pence for delivery. Ordered on the 25th August nothing came after stopping in 3 days. Got in touch with seller, he refused to answer my question on when it was sent. But hey presto, the next day the 5th September he decided to post it in spite of saying it already had been. 13 days to receive something that should have taken no more than 3 days and a cost of 2.40 sending charge. I asked him why he did not advise me.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Although I have highlighted hat the reason for the delay in posting the item later than expected was a family related serious event that happen during those days that required my full attention. Nonetheless, I will refund you the cost of the watch which was precisely described in the add. I will have to withhold the postage costs as these will cover the cost of the packaging £5.00, and transport, £1.10. Many thanks.
