Scholl Pedi was not working as old stock and the batteries had perished and leaked out over time - not the seller's fault as the packaging was sealed, so impossible to check this had happened. Upon providing photos I received a quick refund. I have decided to leave positive feedback for the good customer service and, had the item worked, everything else would be good too.
