Well packed and fast delivery. Very good price. I can't see that description mentioned plug end of power lead absent/no USB cable, but I had spares of both. Downloaded (very good) software to Windows 11 without difficulty and setup works excellently on photos (haven't tried negatives/slides yet, but am not that bothered re those). Seller communication was not required.
