Item arrived damaged in transit. I wanted to return for refund because of this and the item not being as pictured or advertised but seller refused and only offered partial refund - despite the damage being their fault as they packed and sent the item. In the end the return was accepted but the return label wasn’t suitable for the item due to the weight of the item. In the end had to get eBay involved and eBay sorted out a full refund. Very disappointing.
