Quick to dispatch and very well packaded. I had to initiate a return as the manual was for a different version of my car. However, I made a genuine mistake in sorting the return in the e bay section to do this, this was made known to me by the seller and I wrote and apologised and the the issue was resolved by the postage I should have paid being deducted off the refund payment after I offered to pay the postage back.
