Bought this harrow for our orphanage charity in Zambia. Had a long phone call with seller, who assured me that all the discs rotated (description says 'all free') but might need some encouragement with WD40. When I got to see the delivered harrow last week, it was in a bad shape, and will need almost all the (8) bearings and housings replaced. One had completely sheared off the spindle. Finding these replacements is going to be very tricky and may make the harrow unusable. Not happy.
