BEWARE!! Before buying from this seller. The seller knowingly sold a 12tb faulty hard drive, This drive had taken ages to arrive, when it finally arrived , it was obviously faulty. I messaged the ebayer several times over the faulty hdd, he completely ignores all your messages. £140 down the drain! Hard lesson learnt for me.

Dear Buyer,You bought the drive in May, after highlighting in your messages how important it is for it to be delivered quickly. That implies to me that you have purchased and needed to use it urgently. Two months down the line you requested a return due to the drive being noisy. During this time you might have dropped it, might have just broken due to other means while it was in use. Those drives are used, hence the discount on full retail price. T
