Absolutely terrible stressful with added anxiety from start to finish . What happened wasn’t the sellers fault, but the communication from the seller was at times downright rude. I was sold a coat , that’s it , ANYTHING else was met with it’s not my problem or fault.Could have been more congenial/ helpful . The coat itself is OK, just oversized, which wasn’t mentioned . It fits like a large 14. Awful experience , but item is OK , just not the size and fit we expected.
