The seller acted well in this transaction however my mistake was involving ParcelForce to send the goods from the sellers house to mine. It took a month for me to finally receive the skis, despite in excess of 15 calls to ParcelForce. No communication an antiquated services, they promised that the north west London Manager would call me and the seller so many times, I lost count. Hopeless I will never use them again. It cost me in excess of £30.
