order details says combined postage yet individual posting of £13.40 was charged while postage paid was £4. didn't match description the bags not big enough for wash bag use even small for make up use.

Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry you felt the item was not fit for purpose. Many other people do use it for this intended purpose and the dimensions were also stated on the listing. The 'accept combined postage' was never an option on the listing so it is unclear why you thought this would happen. Sorry again for the disappointment.
