Steady as you go
Its an interesting 'take' on dieting - but really as old as the hills. Just downright sensible - which at the end of the day if your a constant dieter hopefully this book will pull you up and make you think in a better way about yourself. I'm enjoying it because it makes you 'think' about your self image without the harshness.
