Seller sold these whilst knowing they were faulty and the offered a different set, not only yo me but my wife who purchased them a few days later as they were still up for sale with you guessed it the same message back to her! Bought the new pattern from Asda at half the price hopefully HMRC are looking for this sort of dealer with the new rules just put in place this year. Just a scalper

Totally false accusations from this unscrupulous buyer. We forgot to take down the listing when we realised the item was no longer available. Once the buyer purchased it, we informed them of the situation and issued an immediate refund.
