Really surprised by the good reviews of this seller: after slow expedition, received hair scissors sold as “new, BNIB” which had obviously already been used (bit of hairs left on, hair grease on blade). Seller reply a bit stroppy (despite sending pictures clearly showing previous usage) whilst admitting they had opened and resealed the box over the original seal. Maybe a one off and did get a prompt refund after return.

As far as I was concerned these scissors had not been used by me so had been sold in all good faith by me. I posted the scissors by 2nd class signed for by the day which ebay said I had to post them by and you should have received them that same week. I did apologise that you were not happy with the purchase and said you could have a refund straight away which you have now received. The reason I have good reviews is because I am an honest seller and I stand by this.
