I was looking for a grill in perfect condition, the first photo is what I bought, other photos are what came to me. The seller assumed that this happened during transportation, but the packaging was intact and not damaged and was also packed quite well. The seller offered a refund, but I won't be able to do it because I got it and went on vacation. I'll keep it and I think the seller wasn't honest with me.

You contacted me to inform me the item had been damaged to which I replied immediately and advised that I would contact the courier about the damage and asked if you would like to return the item for a full refund. You did not reply to any of my messages but instead chose leave negative feedback. I can assure you the grill was in perfect condition (as per eBay photos) when posted to you. If you had replied to my messages I am sure we could’ve resolved the matter satisfactory.
