Arrived broken. Poor packaging. Seller has refused a refund insisting I must wait until their compensation claim with the Royal Mail is settled. I am a Third Party to their claim and should be refunded immediately as it is not my fault the item arrived broken. The parcel was not marked 'Fragile' and the contents were 'protected' by rolled up newspaper and a thin sheet of bubble wrap. This does not meet the compensation requirements for the Royal Mail. I have told the seller.
