Hey pal, the situation was more complex than you were letting on. We spoke extensively via messages about the situation. Please be honest in your review, especially as you haven't said that you had used the drill on potential jobs that needed a higher power drill (the customer smelt burning from a drill that had hardly been used).  A complete refund was issued once the customer had tried to resolve an issue. We are thankful for his patience and willingness to try and resolve the issue.
