5* bed; however, no bolts supplied which were included in the price. The most annoying part was being given weak excuses and stating that they had been sent but contradicting when, before blaming the delay on the post office! Initially was very good; however, I have down rated it from 5* to 2* as it’s not about words, it’s the action that follows or not in this case! I do not believe the bolts were ever dispatched,therefore, I have downrated the dispatch from a 5* to a 1* if only on principle!
