AVOID. Horrendous, backward and rude seller. Simply threw my item – which was a heavy, dismantled monitor arm loose into a box with zero protection, not even one sheet of newspaper, and sent it like that. Item arrived with dents and scratches all over where the parts had bashed against each other in transit. Seller said he had sent a replacement – which never arrived. Now ignoring my messages. Ebay informed.
