This arrived smashed to bits due to the extremely poor packing, who wraps a sewing machine in a plastic bag with no padding at all and hands it over to evri, you might just as well throw it out the window.
I was going to leave negative however they did refund very quickly with no fuss so iv upped it to neutral, however I’m still very annoyed that a nice old sewing machine that still had many years use in it was destroyed due to their negligence.
