    Home exerciser

    Decided to get this for use at home rather than going to the gym. It obviously doesn't have the same features as a full gym, but it's very versatile, with adjustable resistance for differing fitness levels. Well-made, folds away for storage. Combined with other techniques (running, cycling, hiking etc) I find it works really well for maintaining fitness. The DVD is essential - it not only demonstrates the correct techniques, but offers 2 full work-outs in real time, which include warm-up and cool-down sessions, plus cardio sessions (which don't use the equipment, but ensure a balanced exercise programme).

    Disappointed

    I had read a lot of reviews before I brought this and all were good, so I'm disappointed to find that this makes a horrendous sound when being used even after wd40 had been applied, so I can't use it while watching tv as a lot of people had stated they did. Also the 2 bars aren't level with each other, not sure if they're supposed to be but I would have thought so! Painful on my back when using for sit ups and my tummy muscles don't feel like they are being used, but positive when using on legs. Overall not as expected and wish I'd saved my money and continued to do sit ups unaided!

    At last something that is more than just hype!

    The Smart Wonder Core is marketed as a product that is versatile and adjustable - which is exactly what it is. As a new user I have set it at its lowest level but I can already see it has potential for change as my ability hopefully improves. It is easy to use and store although it is heavier than I expected. It is a piece of kit that is likely to be used consistently rather than being a flash in the pan that ends up in the garage gathering dust!

    Wonder Core Smart Body Exercise System

    Wish I was fit enough not to struggle, however this is a great help for those who do struggle. I found the wonder core very easy to use and set up, since using it i am feeling fitter and toned. very good will get you fit in no time.

    Easy to take with you anywhere

    Very happy with this machine as it is easy to use wherever and whenever you feel the need. It is easy to move about from room to room and covers many different exercises for many different body parts. I was cynical at first and was unsure whether or not to buy it, but I am glad I did. All four of my family use it ages 20-53. I love it and sure others will.
