Only time in 20 years on eBay that I’ve left negative feedback . I paid for item that seller had listed for sale . Then tried in vain to find out when I could collect . Over a week no reply , eBay had no reply from seller either . Then they contact me to say , they may not want to sell now and needed to think about it . Then ten minutes later they had decided they didn’t want to sell . Total time waster barely a apology for keeping my money for over a week.

I am incredibly sorry for your experience. What occurred was a unique & one-off situation. I was locked out of my account (therefore did not see messages from yourself in real-time & was also unable to reply). Secondly, at this time, my account was linked to a previous email address which I was locked out of, & which I was trying to amend to my current email address. This was a combination of issues which I take responsibility for, not being on top of, & I apologise for the inconvenience.
