All Turbochargers are sold as an exchange, collection only from our Engineering Workshop (B12 0DF)

To be accepted for exchange all Turbochargers must conform to the following specifications:-

1) Must be a complete unit (not in pieces). 2) Must be the same part number as original unit supplied. 3) Turbocharger must be free from Cracks 4) Turbocharger actuator must be in working order.

Please Note: PSA 1.6HDi Turbochargers 2004+

These critical instructions have been produced because there has been an exceptionally high return rate of

the above turbos with issues that are NOT covered by warranty.

• Experience to date suggests that the carbon build up in this application, which is causing turbos to fail

prematurely, is particularly difficult to remove.

• To help reduce the potential for further turbo failure, the following instructions MUST be followed when

fitting this turbocharger.

• !!! NOTE: Feedback shows, that even after the following instructions have been followed faithfully there is

no guarantee the residual carbon/sludge will have been removed; which can cause subsequent damage to

the turbo bearings and result in premature failure of your replacement turbo.

• Failure under these circumstances will NOT be covered under warranty as the failure is caused by

external influences and not faulty turbo components.

Turbo is failing.
The turbo arrived quickly, and they were really helpful every step. I had the turbo replacement installed at a professional garage, Everything was done as instructed. Unfortunately the turbo is failing... lots of black smoke and a whistle noise when accelerating.
