Ordered two items. Paid two lots of postage. One item fine. The other had a wire which had been cut very short, as stated by the seller in his description, but this was too short to connect. Seller offered 20% reduction (about£1) Wasn’t worth the hassle to return both items as one worked fine. Seller was selling other items with longer wires (at a higher price) so could have easily offered to replace the item. Explained that these were the last items he had.
