I find it very good for two reasons: 1. It's good for toning up your body. I try to use it every day, although I believe 3 times weekly is enough. Although the truth is, I actually enjoy doing it. It only takes 10 minutes! 2. It's very helpful for various heath issues which there is plenty about on the Internet. Besides that it's a very sturdy thing and looks to be well made. Hope this helps.
