The cosmetic product was listed as new but had crusty residues around the opening and bottle. The seller will not refund she claimed (i dont know what to do!) And now shes gone on holiday! It has dried up and completely unusable. This was nearly £30 🙄

This was new & unopened. However, I still agreed return. Just seen photos where buyer had completely dismantled the bottle for reasons which are beyond me and then complains that it has dried out !!! Any cosmetic will dry out if you completely dismantle the bottle which you had no reason to do as you only need a tiny amount of this cream and it is dispensed through the pump !!!
