good seller communication from the start; we requested the scooter to be delivered and he obliged (for extra cost of course).
Not been out on the scooter yet, just in the garden; but apart from some minor signs of wear and tear, it seems good and having 3 months full warranty gives us peace of mind too.
Unfortunately, the courier broke a mirror during transportation, but the seller has kindly offered to send us a new pair of mirrors at no extra cost, which we are waiting for.
