When the item turned up it was published as a booklet not a book (should have been described as a booklet). Quite clearly stamped as a Public Library booklet which also should have been stated. Envelope cost nothing as recycled and then charged me 2.70 for postage - the price I expected to pay for a book. The actual postage as franked was 1.85. So he made nearly a pound for a few seconds work slipping the booklet into an free envelope. I will be more wary next time. Disappointed.
