The item was never picked up / delivered. I have discovered that it is too big for the purposes that I require it - the seller does not want to act on the refund because they will be charged for the return, I am willing to pay this portion but cannot get a hold of eBay to act on this and now I am stuck out of pocket with nothing in hand! eBay is terrible to try and get a hold of, neither the seller nor I can get a hold of them to have the issue resolved
