Badly wrapped considering it was a glass framed print! should have been put in a box with padding around it, not a cardboard envelope! a bit of a refund would be appreciated please

Sorry - I have only just seen this feedback as I am not on eBay very much. We wrapped the item in bubble wrap first so I am sorry you thought it was badly wrapped. If you will suggest the means of refund to me I will arrange to refund you.
