It said ‘in very good condition’ for Ralph Lauren shirt. Paid £20 Arrived absolutely covered in yellow stains! Seller said they didn’t notice the stains. Returned for refund. Unbelievably seller has advertised again for sale ‘in very good condition’ Also had to get refund for under payment postage charges.

My apologies for the experiences difficulties. I have offered you solution and full refund straight way and also I paid for extra postage charges promptly. The stains has completely gone after wash so the kids shirt looks great as new ready to be advertise again.Hopefully you won't make a big fuss over nothing to the next seller.
