Seller accommodated my request to use Shiply to pick up the sofa bed, which I organised. Unfortunately the Shiply couriers were awful. One failed to turn up, the other claimed they didn't have parts that were missing from the delivery. Even though the seller supplied CCTV proof from his end, that all parts were indeed loaded into the courier's van. It's been a nightmare process due to the poor service from Shiply. The seller was patient and professional the whole way through.
