Damaged Goods
All goods are well packaged to help avoid damage during transit, however sometimes accidents do happen. When you sign for a parcel, you are not only confirming receipt of it, but also that it has arrived in good condition. For this reason, before signing for a parcel, please check for any damage. Should any damage be found to the item, you should refuse it and contact us immediately to notify us of the problem. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel received damaged if it has been signed for as ‘received in good condition’.
 
Undelivered / Lost Goods
All items are sent by courier or recorded delivery unless otherwise stated. Approx delivery times are stated in the listing; however please allow a reasonable amount of time to pass to allow for any delays beyond our control (i.e. postal strikes). Any claim(s) made for lost or missing items sent by recorded delivery will only be valid after 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (Overseas) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes weekends & Bank holidays). In the event of an item not being delivered within a timely manor, firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the goods, and if nobody was present to sign for the delivery, the parcel will have been returned to the postal sorting depot. Royal Mail will return any item(s) to us that are not collected within approx 7-10 days. If the goods have been returned to us, please contact us to arrange re-delivery – Please note we reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge to re-deliver your goods. If the goods are not at your local sorting office please contact us to inform us that your goods have not arrived. No replacements for lost items will be despatched until their loss is confirmed by the delivery agents.
 
Faulty Goods
All of our parts carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. If in the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty product or the product develops a fault, please contact us to arrange its return for either a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the date the goods are returned. If after the goods have been tested and are found to be fully functional, you will be required to arrange collection of your goods, or they will be returned to you by us, and you will be charged the amount for that service. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied.
 
Unwanted Goods
By law, you (the consumer) have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. The right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e. custom/tailor made goods, audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer. You need to contact us via the eBay returns form if you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, obtaining our confirmation of your request. The item must be returned at your expense, and we will refund your money less any delivery costs. All we ask is for you to ensure all items are complete and in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition. The cost of any loss or damage of an item(s) during return transit is your responsibility. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service. Refunds are issued by the same medium as the original payment within 30 days from the date the goods are received by ourselves. Goods returned that are not in a satisfactory condition, or damaged in return transit, will not be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and all monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has been received by ourselves - less the initial cost of shipping incurred by ourselves. Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty. For items ordered outside of the EEC there are no refunds on correctly supplied working items.
 
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Goods ordered incorrectly by a customer, returned for refund will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Goods must be ordered at customers own expense. Special order parts may not be returned.
 
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Goods incorrectly supplied by us can be returned to us and exchanged for the correct goods (stock permitting). Please contact us by phone to notify us of any errors. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any goods are returned damaged they will be returned to you at your cost.
