Item has been sent in envelope and arrived damaged. Seller blames only royal mail but hasn't secured model at all and charged £4.50 for postage.

The model was £12.50 and £4.50 postage. ( postage cost was actually £4.69) You didnt want to pay anymore for postage and i have had no issues with posting previously. I offered you a further discount for you to buy a £3 replacement storage box but you declined it.
