There is a huge lie in this negative feedback regarding relisting at a higher price. I genuinely had to cancel the order as I misplaced the screen, and I apologised to the buyer for this. I cancelled the order and provided a full refund. Unfortunately, the Buyer jumped to accusations during our post sale commincations about my intentions and kept this up with the negative feedback.
