Have tried to explain that my son posted this item (which was priced at £20 per unit which he offered £16 per unit total price £34 with free postage,) at the local post office which they weighed and then stuck a first class stamp on and then give him proof of postage, how could i have done any different, he had to pay an extra £1.50 due to not enough postage being paid, i thought after knocking me down on price this was being greedy so refused, hence his feedback after having 100% for so long
