After seller agreed to pack item prior to courier collection, the seller partially dismantled the item leaving sharp steel brackets exposed and unprotected to the back this mirror item. This action by the seller contributed to serious damage to the mirror glass and frame during transit. The seller refused to accept any responsibility and refused a request for a partial refund as a contribution to the damage caused. Very poor eBay seller.
