There was a bit of a mix up where they sent me the wrong card but I ended up buying both cards in the end. The Gardevoir arrived first but packaging could be improved as only some small foam pieces to protect the card from my recollection. The card was as described (even though it was different to the one I ordered), but I ended up buying both to reduce hassle. I would expect better packaging and organisation though if you're selling expensive / vintage cards as I used to sell cards myself
