POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday’s where items will then be dispatched the next working day). All orders are dispatched 2nd class via Royal Mail unless stated otherwise on the listing.

REGARDING POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All postage labels are purchased via Ebay. A tracking number is automatically provided. Please note that this tracking number will not allow you to track your parcel through the Royal Mail tracking system as this service is not available for 2nd class parcels. Royal Mail only offer this service for parcels that have been sent as special delivery / signed for.
 
The majority of parcels will arrive within 3-5 working days however Royal Mail state it can take up to 10 working days. If you have not received your item within 10 working days of the dispatch date (excluding weekends and public bank holidays) please contact us. If you contact us before the 10 working day period ends we may ask you to wait until the end of the 10th working day before further action is taken.
 
We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible (usually the same day except weekends and on public bank holidays) however we are unable to guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the delivery company that has been used.
 
If your item has been lost by Royal Mail we can offer you either a full refund or resend a replacement product (if stock is available). We will then take action accordingly with regards to the Royal Mail to claim for the lost item, you are not required to make the claim.
 
When ordering please ensure you allow plenty of time to receive your order.

If you change your mind about the item and no longer wish to keep it we ask that you pay for the postage to send it back to us. We will then process a refund once we have received your returned items and they are in the same condition as you received them.
