Sadly a very disappointing experience. Through no fault of mine I had to pay an extra £7 postage penalty as incorrect postage apparently paid by seller. Would not have that it was anything to do with an Ebay selling issue and expected me to chase not through Post office as if I had done something incorrect. Not my fault if labels are not correctly applied at posting as seller tried to infer. Referred to eBay team who have been most helpful.
