Quick response to messages, fast dispatch (and delivery by RM) and a realistic price. Item not as described though unfortunately so have deducted one star. It was described in the advert as 'Never used' whereas upon taking it out of the box to test it out, you could tell it had had some use by somebody. Photos show wear on underside of rubber feet and paint's come off on the other end where it touches the floor. Life's too short as it works, and that's what's important at the end of the day.
